We assess the commercial case and begin onboarding and underwriting.
The applicant can judge whether the proposed facility meets their objectives before a fee or obligation to proceed.
If the indication is accepted, due diligence and underwriting are concluded. IntaCapital covers its costs through the Formal Term Sheet.
A time-limited binding offer to obtain formal commitments from lender and Provider; the later contracts document the facility.
Only if the applicant accepts the Formal Terms is the stated booking fee due and the transaction booked.
The agreements are signed; where a Security Note is used, it is independently blocked and moved into approved custody under the contracts.
After any Provider deposit and contractual conditions, custody confirmation and lender checks, the agreed net advance is released.
IntaCapital covers the costs through issue of the Formal Term Sheet. If the Formal Terms do not meet the applicant’s expectations, there is no obligation to proceed. The stated Booking Fee becomes due only if the applicant accepts those Terms and books the transaction.

The Provider supplies contracted access to an eligible ISIN-registered Security Note; it does not invest cash in the borrower. A separate lender reviews the borrower and pre-approves the security. Following signed agreements, the Note is blocked in the applicant’s favour, any contracted Provider deposit is paid directly to the Provider, and the Note moves into approved custody. The lender checks satisfactory custody before advancing the agreed net loan.
